1.2. Genuine Effort Requirement

We require proof that you’ve taken meaningful action based on the course teachings. This includes:

• Completing our “Affiliate Launch Action Checklist” provided in the course portal.

• Following either:

  • Paid Ads Strategy: Spending at least $100 USD on ads to promote your affiliate offer.

  • Organic Strategy: Posting content daily for at least 5 consecutive days on TikTok or Instagram following our methods.

• Using the support channel (e.g., student group or ticket system) to ask questions.

1.3. No Sales Clause

To be eligible for a refund, your affiliate efforts should not have generated any sales during the refund period.

2. How to Request a Refund

2.1. Contact Support

Email our team at support@eliteaffiliatesacademy.com with the subject: “Refund Request – [Your Full Name]”. Include:

• Your name and email used at purchase.

• Reason for the refund request.

• Request for the Refund Request Form.

2.2. Submit Required Evidence

You must complete and submit the Refund Request Form with all requested proof of actions taken. If needed, our support team may request additional information.

2.3. Review Timeline

Once we receive your complete form, we’ll review it and respond within 10 business days with a decision.

3. Refund Outcome & Processing

3.1. If Approved

You’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Note: Some banks may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund.

Access to all course materials will be revoked upon approval.

3.2. Refund Amount

You’ll receive the full course fee paid, excluding any processing fees or taxes. Processing fees are those incurred from payment gateways (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).

4. No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

• You request after 14 days of purchase.

• You’ve made sales through your affiliate efforts.

• You haven’t completed the course or implemented its strategies.

• You have any overdue or incomplete payments on a payment plan.

5. Lifetime Access Clarification

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifespan of the course. As long as Elite Affiliate Academy is active and maintained, enrolled students will retain access. In the unlikely event the program is discontinued, students will be notified at least 1 month in advance and provided the option to download the material.
